1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms“) are a binding agreement between you and Inspired Health, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company (“Inspired Health,” “we,” “us,” or “our“), governing your access to and use of ihealthmi.org and any related pages, content, memberships, downloads, forms, and communications we provide through the site (together, the “Site“).
By accessing the Site, creating an account, purchasing a membership, downloading materials, or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy; similarly, health data is addressed in our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
2. Who we are
Inspired Health is a holistic health and wellness education and coaching practice owned and operated by Carla Wysko, a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner (CFMP), Certified Professional Coach (CPC), and Reflexology Association of America (RAA)–certified reflexologist.
Carla Wysko is not a physician, nurse, dietitian, psychologist, licensed mental health counselor, or any other licensed clinical healthcare provider. Inspired Health does not hold a clinical healthcare license of any kind.

3. Eligibility — adults only
3.1 You must be 18 or older. You may use the Site, create an account, purchase a membership, request the Free Healing Workbook, submit a question, or send us any form or message only if you are at least 18 years of age and reside in the United States.
3.2 You confirm your age by using the Site. By accessing the Site or creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
3.3 No exceptions for minors. We do not permit anyone under 18 to use the Site, hold a membership, or submit information to us — with or without the permission or involvement of a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian may not create or hold an account on behalf of a minor.
3.4 If we learn an account holder is under 18. We may suspend or close the account, cancel the membership, and delete the associated information. Where we close an account for this reason, we will refund the unused, prepaid portion of the then-current billing period. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a person under 18 has created an account or submitted information to us, email [email protected] and we will remove it.
3.5 United States only. The Site is directed only to users in the United States. We do not offer the Site, our memberships, or our services to individuals located outside the United States, and we make no representation that the Site or its content is appropriate or available for use in any other jurisdiction.
4. Educational purposes only — this is not medical advice
Please read this section carefully. It is the most important part of these Terms.
4.1 Education, not care. All content on the Site — including the Women’s Wisdom Wellness Archive, the Free Healing Workbook, Ask Carla answers, blog posts, downloads, emails, and any other material we provide — is offered for general educational and informational purposes only.
4.2 Not medical advice. Nothing on the Site is, or is intended to be, medical advice, a medical opinion, a diagnosis, a treatment plan, a prescription, or a substitute for professional medical care. We do not diagnose, prescribe, treat, administer, cure, or heal any disease, illness, injury, or condition, and nothing we provide should be interpreted as doing so. Any support the body experiences is the result of the body’s own natural systems.
4.3 Not mental health care. Coaching and any discussion of stress, emotions, trauma, or nervous system regulation is not psychotherapy, counseling, psychiatric care, or crisis intervention, and is not a substitute for care from a licensed mental health professional.
4.4 Consult your own providers. You should always consult a qualified, licensed healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or changing any diet, supplement, medication, exercise program, or treatment, and before acting on anything you read or receive through the Site. Never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of something you read here.
4.5 No practitioner–client relationship through the Site. Using the Site, holding a membership, submitting a question, or receiving an answer does not create a practitioner–client, coach–client, doctor–patient, therapeutic, fiduciary, or confidential relationship between you and Inspired Health or Carla Wysko. Coaching and functional medicine services are separate and are described in Section 12.
4.6 Emergencies. The Site is not monitored for emergencies and is not an appropriate channel for urgent concerns. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. If you are in emotional crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or go to your nearest emergency room. Do not wait for a response from us.
4.7 Individual results vary; no guarantees. Every body, history, and circumstance is different. We make no promise, guarantee, or warranty that you will experience any particular outcome, improvement, timeline, or result. Any experiences described on the Site, in the workbook, or in testimonials are individual accounts and are not a prediction of what you will experience. You remain solely responsible for decisions about your own health and care.
4.8 Assumption of risk. You voluntarily choose to use the Site and any information you obtain from it, and you accept the risks of doing so.
5. Your account
5.1 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when you create an account, and keep it up to date.
5.2 Your account is personal to you. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not share, sell, transfer, or otherwise allow another person to use your credentials or your membership access.
5.3 Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
6. Memberships
6.1 Levels. The Women’s Wisdom Wellness Archive is offered at two membership levels:
| Level | Price | Includes |
|---|---|---|
| The Archive | $12 / month | Unlimited access to read the Archive, including all existing entries and new entries as they are published. |
| The Archive + Ask Carla | $29 / month | Everything in The Archive, plus the ability to submit one (1) question per month for a personal, private answer from Carla, as described in Section 7. |
6.2 Content cadence is a goal, not a guarantee. We aim to publish several new entries each month. Publishing frequency, topics, categories, and the specific content available may change at any time, and we may add, revise, reorganize, archive, or remove entries at our discretion. No specific volume of content is guaranteed as part of your membership.
6.3 Availability. We do not guarantee that the Site or your membership will be available without interruption. We may perform maintenance, make changes, or experience downtime.
7. Ask Carla
7.1 How it works. Members at the Archive + Ask Carla level may submit one question per calendar month through the Ask Carla page. Carla answers submitted questions personally and privately.
7.2 No rollover. Unused monthly questions do not accumulate, roll over, or carry forward, and are not redeemable for credit or cash.
7.3 Timing. Answers are provided as soon as reasonably practicable. We do not guarantee a response within any particular timeframe.
7.4 Questions outside our scope. We may decline any question, including one that calls for medical diagnosis or treatment, urgent or emergency care, mental health crisis support, prescription guidance, or any other help that falls outside what this membership is built to offer or outside Carla’s certifications and scope of practice. Where we decline, we may suggest that you speak with an appropriate licensed professional. A declined question does not count against your monthly question.
7.5 Answers are educational. Ask Carla answers are subject to Section 4 in full. They are general educational information based on the limited details you provide. They are not individualized medical advice, are not based on a clinical examination, and do not create a practitioner–client relationship.
7.6 Not confidential or privileged. Although Carla answers you privately and does not share your identity, communications through the Site are not protected by physician–patient privilege, therapist–patient privilege, HIPAA, or any comparable legal confidentiality protection. Please do not submit information you are not comfortable sharing outside of a licensed clinical setting. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle what you submit.
7.7 Featuring questions in the Archive. From time to time we select questions to feature so the wider membership can benefit. We do this only where you have told us we may.
When you submit a question, you choose whether we may feature it. If you choose yes, you grant Inspired Health a non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid license to use, reproduce, edit, condense, excerpt, anonymize, publish, and display your question — and the substance of our answer — as an entry in the Women’s Wisdom Wellness Archive, for members to read as part of their membership. That license includes the right to have our service providers host, store, and deliver the entry to members on our behalf, and it transfers with the Archive if the practice is sold or transferred (see our Privacy Policy).
That is the whole of the permission you are giving. We may publish your question as an Archive entry, and we may include it, in full or in excerpt, in the emails and notifications we send to members to announce or deliver Archive entries. We will not use it anywhere else: not on a public page of the Site, not on social media, and not in a book, a course, a talk, or any other material outside the membership, unless we come back to you and ask, and you say yes to that specific use. Silence is not agreement, and nothing in these Terms gives us that permission in advance.
Two things this does not restrict: we may describe general patterns in what members ask — that a question comes up often, and how we tend to think about it — without reproducing or identifying any individual submission; and we may use your question internally to answer you and to run the Archive.
7.8 Changing your mind. You may withdraw that permission at any time by emailing [email protected]. Withdrawal takes effect going forward: we will not feature your question after that, and we will remove any Archive entry based on it within a reasonable time. Emails that have already gone out cannot be recalled, and copies members have already saved or printed for their own use are outside our control.
7.9 If you choose no, we answer your question privately and do not publish it. Your choice does not affect your membership, the answer you receive, or the price you pay.
7.10 Anonymity. When we feature a question, we will not identify you by name, and we will remove or alter details we reasonably believe could identify you. We cannot guarantee that no one will recognize a situation from context, and you should keep that in mind when deciding what to include.
7.11 Your warranty. You represent that anything you submit is your own, that you have the right to submit it, and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights or contain another person’s private information without their permission.
7.12 No compensation. You are not entitled to any payment, credit, or attribution for a featured question.
8. Billing, renewal, and cancellation
8.1 Payment processing. Memberships are billed through Stripe. By purchasing a membership you also agree to Stripe’s applicable terms. We do not receive or store your full payment card number. You authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for all amounts due.
8.2 Automatic renewal. Memberships renew automatically each month at the then-current rate until you cancel. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method on each renewal date without further notice, except where notice is required by law.
8.3 Cancellation. You may cancel at any time through your Membership Account page or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your access continues through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and then ends.
8.4 No refunds. All membership payments are final and non-refundable, including partial months, unused Ask Carla questions, and periods during which you did not use the Site. This does not limit any right to a refund that cannot be waived under applicable law.
8.5 Changing levels. You may upgrade or downgrade your membership level at any time through your account. If you upgrade, you will be charged a prorated amount for the remaining days in your current billing period, and your regular payment date stays the same going forward. If you downgrade, your current level and access continue through the end of your current billing period at no additional charge, and the lower rate takes effect starting with your next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for the unused portion of a period in either case.
8.6 Price changes. We may change membership pricing. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before a change applies to your renewals, and you may cancel before the new price takes effect.
8.7 Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend or terminate your access until payment succeeds.
8.8 Taxes. Prices are stated exclusive of any applicable taxes, which you are responsible for.
9. Free Healing Workbook
9.1 The Healing Your Own Chronic Stress in Disease workbook is provided at no cost through the request form on the Site.
9.2 Personal use license. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to download, print, and use the workbook for your own personal use.
9.3 Sharing the workbook. Please share it! The workbook is meant to reach as many people as possible, and the best way to help with that is to send people to the Site so they can get their own, most recent edition directly. What we ask you not to do is redistribute the file itself — please don’t republish, upload, post, sell, or otherwise distribute the workbook (in whole or in part), and please don’t pass along your own copy. A link to the Site does more for us than a forwarded PDF, and it keeps things simple on our end.
9.4 We may modify, update, or stop offering the workbook at any time.
10. Affiliate links, coupon codes, and material connections
10.1 The Site — including the Products We Love page, the workbook, and Archive entries — contains links to and recommendations for third-party products, programs, and services.
10.2 Some of these are compensated. We participate in affiliate programs and use referral links and discount codes. If you purchase through one of our links or use one of our codes, we may earn a commission or other compensation at no additional cost to you. We identify these material connections in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission’s Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 C.F.R. Part 255).
10.3 Compensation does not change what we recommend. We link to products we believe in based on our own experience and observations.
10.4 We are not responsible for third-party products. We do not manufacture, sell, test, or control any third-party product or program, and we make no warranty about them. Your purchase is a transaction between you and that third party, governed by their terms and their return, refund, and privacy policies. Any dispute about a third-party product is between you and that company.
10.5 Third-party products discussed on the Site, including supplements and wellness devices, are subject to Section 4. Statements about them have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
11. Third-party sites and services
The Site links to and relies on third-party websites and services. We do not control them, we are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices, and a link is not an endorsement of everything on the linked site. Your use of any third-party site or service is governed by that party’s terms and privacy policy.
12. Coaching, reflexology, and functional medicine services
12.1 One-to-one services — including coaching, reflexology, and functional medicine consultation — are separate from your membership, are not included in any membership level, and are arranged directly with Carla or through the booking form on the Site.
12.2 Those services are governed by a separate written agreement, including the Client Agreement, Informed Consent, and Waiver of Liability and any additional intake, consent, or engagement documents we require. Booking through the Site is a request; no services begin until we accept the engagement and you have completed the required documents.
12.3 To the extent these Terms and a signed services agreement conflict as to those one-to-one services, the signed services agreement controls. These Terms continue to govern your use of the Site and any membership.
12.4 Life coaching requires a separate contract and a commitment to regular sessions, and is not a substitute for licensed mental health counseling.
13. Testimonials
Testimonials on the Site reflect the individual experiences of the people who provided them. They are not typical or guaranteed results, they were not clinically evaluated, and they are not a promise of what you will experience.
14. Intellectual property
14.1 The Site and all of its content — Archive entries, Ask Carla answers, the workbook, text, images, graphics, logos, layout, design, and compilations — are owned by Inspired Health, LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
14.2 Your license. Subject to these Terms and your payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and view the content available at your membership level, and to print or save a reasonable number of copies, solely for your own personal, non-commercial use.
14.3 What you may not do. Except as expressly permitted above, you may not:
- copy, reproduce, republish, post, transmit, sell, license, rent, or otherwise distribute any content;
- share, screenshot and forward, or otherwise provide membership content to any person who is not a member;
- share your login credentials or allow anyone else to use your account;
- use any content to create a derivative or competing product, service, newsletter, or database;
- use any automated means — including bots, scrapers, spiders, crawlers, or data-mining tools — to access, monitor, index, or copy the Site or its content;
- use any content to train, fine-tune, ground, or otherwise develop any artificial intelligence or machine learning model or system; or
- remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice.
14.4 “Inspired Health,” “Women’s Wisdom Wellness Archive,” and our logo are our marks and may not be used without our prior written permission.
14.5 Copyright complaints. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, contact us at [email protected] with the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).
15. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone;
- submit content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or infringing;
- submit another person’s personal or health information without their permission;
- upload malware or otherwise interfere with, disrupt, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or other users’ accounts;
- circumvent, disable, or interfere with any membership gate, paywall, or security feature; or
- collect or harvest information about other users.
16. Content you submit
16.1 Other than Ask Carla questions (governed by Section 7), when you send us content through a contact form, testimonial form, email, or otherwise, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it in connection with operating and promoting the Site and our practice, and you confirm you have the right to give us that license.
16.2 We are not obligated to publish, keep, monitor, or respond to anything you submit, and we may remove or edit any submission at our discretion.
16.3 Please do not send us confidential or sensitive information you would not want stored. See our Privacy Policy.
17. Suspension and termination
17.1 We may suspend or terminate your access, your membership, or these Terms at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, if your payment fails, or if we discontinue the Site or a membership level.
17.2 If we terminate your membership without cause — for example, because we discontinue a membership level — we will refund the unused, prepaid portion of your current billing period. If we terminate because you violated these Terms, no refund is due.
17.3 You may stop using the Site at any time, and may cancel your membership as described in Section 8.
17.4 Sections 4, 7.7–7.12, 9.3, 14, 16, and 18 through 24 survive termination.
18. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE, THE MEMBERSHIPS, THE WORKBOOK, ASK CARLA ANSWERS, AND ALL CONTENT AND MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INSPIRED HEALTH, LLC AND CARLA WYSKO DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; THAT ANY CONTENT IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR CIRCUMSTANCES; OR THAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR HEALTH, WELLNESS, EMOTIONAL, FINANCIAL, OR OTHER OUTCOME.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
19. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL INSPIRED HEALTH, LLC, CARLA WYSKO, OR THEIR MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE, YOUR MEMBERSHIP, ANY CONTENT, OR THESE TERMS, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, AND EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or personal injury or death caused by our negligence to the extent applicable law does not permit that exclusion. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
20. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Inspired Health, LLC, Carla Wysko, and their members, managers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or any content you submit.
21. Dispute resolution
21.1 Informal resolution first. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and give us sixty (60) days to try to resolve the dispute informally.
21.2 Dispute Resolution.
(a) General disputes. Except as provided in subsection (b), any dispute not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ingham County, Michigan, and you and Inspired Health consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
(b) Consumer health data disputes. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the collection, use, or disclosure of your consumer health data (as defined in our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy), or any claim brought under the Washington My Health My Data Act or a similar consumer health data law, will be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by JAMS or AAA under its consumer arbitration rules, before a single arbitrator, seated in Ingham County, Michigan, or, at your election, by telephone, video, or documents only. You and Inspired Health each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action for any claim covered by this subsection. Either party may still bring an individual claim in small claims court. You may reject this arbitration provision by emailing [email protected] within 30 days of first accepting these Terms; rejecting it will not affect your membership.
(c) Mixed disputes. If a single dispute includes claims covered by both subsections (a) and (b), the entire dispute will be resolved under subsection (b).
21.3 Time limit. To the extent permitted by law, any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms must be brought within one (1) year after it arises, or it is permanently barred.
22. Governing law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
23. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new “Last updated” date, and for material changes we will make reasonable efforts to notify members by email. Changes take effect when posted, except that material changes affecting your membership take effect at your next renewal. Continuing to use the Site after changes take effect means you accept them.
24. General
24.1 Entire agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and your membership, and supersede any prior understanding on that subject. Any separate signed agreement for one-to-one services governs those services as described in Section 12.
24.2 Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the rest of these Terms will remain in effect.
24.3 No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
24.4 Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your membership. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
24.5 Force majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including illness, acts of God, outages, or third-party service failures.
24.6 No third-party beneficiaries. These Terms do not create rights in anyone other than you and us.
24.7 Notices. We may send notices to the email address on your account. You may send notices to [email protected] or to the mailing address above.
24.8 Headings. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
