Carla Wysko

Carla Wysko, M.S.

Director of Clinical Operations, Certified Reflexologist, Nutrition Coach Professional Member of the Reflexology Association of America (R.A.A.) – Carla is a certified reflexologist and nutrition coach, with a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition, who has been helping clients heal themselves through nutrition coaching and natural therapies since 2011. Her specialties include Detoxification, Stress Management, Aromatherapy, Digestion, Weight Loss, Allergies, Glucose Control, Immune System Disorders, Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Ms. Wysko has a passion for healthy living and her fundamental principle is that each client is an individual, in which “root causes” to conditions can be found, and whose issues should be addressed through an integrative team that focuses on body, mind and spirit.  It is now her mission to direct the integrative team of Inspired Health of Michigan, Inc. to bring optimal health and disease prevention to those who seek it and be the catalyst for change in healthcare in Michigan. Over twenty years of leadership experience combined with her passion to improve healthcare in Michigan, makes her a driving force for iHealth of Michigan.

Jack Martin, D.C., CCSP®

Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician® – Dr. Jack K. Martin received his Bachelor of sciences degree in Biomedical Sciences at Grand Valley State University. After which he went on to receive his doctorate in Chiropractic at Palmer college of chiropractic in Davenport Iowa. For the past 10 years, he has been practicing in central Ohio treating many issues ranging from headaches, neck/back pain, sciatica, sports injuries & to back issues due to pregnancy. He has had great success working with athletes and expectant mothers. In 2013 Dr. Martin obtained the postgraduate designation of Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP) giving him extensive knowledge in sports-related injuries. The skills of the chiropractic sports physician extend to performance optimization of the athlete’s musculoskeletal and nervous systems. In September 2017, Dr. Martin moved to mid-Michigan to join the iHealth of Michigan team. Dr. Martin and his wife Laura, their 2 daughters Saren & Reese are excited to be back in their home state of Michigan. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family, running, fishing & basketball.

Dr. Brett Allen

Dr. Brett Allen, DC

Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner – Dr. Allen is passionate about helping people achieve better health. He is an expert in addressing chronic diseases, digestive disorders, food allergies, hormone imbalances and immune health. He has helped countless people suffering from issues like these through a combination of dietary and lifestyle changes, as well as medical-grade supplements. Through the use of advanced laboratory testing and thorough evaluation, he is able to identify underlying causes for why people feel the way they do. Dr. Allen received his doctorate from Life University in Marietta, GA. Before that, he received his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University in East Lansing, MI. He has extensive post-doctorate training in Functional Medicine, Lifestyle Medicine and Nutrition through Functional Medicine University and through his regular attendance at various conferences and seminars around the country. He is also an avid researcher, constantly investigating new ways to help patients.

Jennifer Zeiss

Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Reflexologist – Jennifer is a 2002 graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelors in communications. A few years later, she started her massage therapy journey and has been enjoying that for the last eleven years. With a passion for learning, she is a Reiki Practitioner and has added Hot Stone Therapy, Myofascial techniques and knowledge of essential oils to her practice as well. Her techniques are in Therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage, Cupping Therapy, and Reflexology. She also received her National Certification in Reflexology in 2014 and is currently one of only eleven people in Michigan with this title.        

Megan Long, Dipl. Ac., R. Ac.

Nationally Board Certified Acupuncturist (NCCAOM) and Registered Acupuncturist in the State of Michigan. – Megan has a Master of Science Degree in Oriental Medicine from Southwest Acupuncture College (SWAC) in Santa Fe, New Mexico. SWAC is a nationally accredited school for the teaching of acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She completed over 2645 hours of specialized education, of which 1200 hours were in clinical training. Megan earned her board certification with the successful completion of the National Acupuncture Written and Point Location exams administered by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). Megan was in private practice in Okemos from 2000 until she joined the iHealth Team in September 2017.   Commonly treated conditions include but are not limited to: ankle sprains/pain, anxiety/ depression, arthritis, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, cosmetic issues, digestive issues, fibromyalgia, frozen shoulder, headaches/ migraines, immune system support, infertility, joint pain, knee pain, neck pain/ stiffness, oncology support, plantar fasciitis, rhinitis, sciatica, shoulder pain, sinusitis, smoking cessation, sports injuries, strains/sprains, stress/ tension, swelling/ inflammation, tendonitis, TMJ disorders. She treats other conditions as well. Patient safety and comfort is of utmost importance to Megan. She strives to create a calm and soothing environment for a more healing atmosphere. She also believes good communication is helpful to success and the comfort of the patient. She encourages questions and open dialogue throughout the entire treatment process.

Brigitte Schatz

ACC, Associate Certified Coach – Brigitte trained as a life coach at the Institute for Life Coach Training (ILCT) from 2012-2015. Before that,  she worked as a nurse in Germany from 1982-1993. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and its Michigan Chapter. Her expertise is valued by those who have grown out of touch with their needs, values and desired direction for their lives, as well as clients who feel stuck and stressed with a situation they are currently in (divorce, death of a loved one or a recent move). Brigitte assists her clients to define and work on their goals, so they can live in accordance to who they are. She believes that her client is the expert of their own life and the coach is the expert on the coaching process. Through many hands-on activities and tools, together they explore out-of-the-box thinking, in a non-judgmental, visionary and thought-provoking environment. By agreeing on fieldwork between the sessions, Brigitte will hold the client accountable to actively move forward toward the desired goal. Coaching will stay in the present and the future and is a very positive, forward-moving process. She also enjoys working with clients who feel lost and overwhelmed especially when they are new to the United States. Immigrating here from Germany with her husband 19 years ago, she understands their challenges. Brigitte coaches in English and German.

Sarah Pitchford

Licensed Massage Therapist, Licensed Esthetician – Sarah completed her massage certification in 2008 and has been a practicing Massage Therapist ever since. Her techniques include Swedish, Therapeutic Deep Tissue, Hot Stone and Prenatal Massage. With a combination of techniques, Sarah aims to personalize each massage to fit individual needs. In 2010, Sarah continued her education to become a Licensed Esthetician. With the belief that skin reflects your inner health, Sarah’s goal is to combine facial treatments and skin care products along with an integrative approach with others in the office to enhance your skin. Sarah has created her own skin care service and unique recipes incorporating Young Living Oils with natural ingredients. With a passion for continuing education, Sarah is also currently attending Michigan State University as a Secondary Education major with a specialization in Spanish.

Alexis Schneider, MA, LLPC, CRC, CTRS

Mental Health Therapist & Empowerment Coach –  With over 15 years’ experience in the psychological, rehabilitation, medical, health and wellness industries, Alexis realized there were not many counselors that were also cancer survivors and opened a private integrative mental health practice in the Fall of 2015 called Lotus Life. Alexis received her Master of Arts Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Michigan State University holding national certifications in rehabilitation counseling, recreation therapy and has a limited license to practice as a professional counselor (LLPC) in the state of Michigan. Specializing in integrative cancer care for the whole person, Alexis also has extensive training in working with all disabilities (acquired, developmental, physical & cognitive), chronic health conditions and women’s health. Dealing with a chronic illness or acquiring a disability often brings an enormous amount of emotional pain and adjustment. Even after treatment is complete, it may be difficult to remember how to live with the “new normal.” Depression, anxiety, overwhelm, grief, hopelessness, desperation, and fear are very common feelings and experiences that often naturally accompany a difficult diagnosis or life-altering disability. Alexis promotes self-empowerment through her business, Lotus Life, a heart-centered, service driven, counseling and coaching practice where she will help you move forward and reclaim your life. She is honored to assist you on your journey of healing. Alexis is also available as a Motivational Speaker or Cancer Educator and leads a Young Women’s Breast Cancer Survivors Support group. Alexis exudes passion for LIFE, her family, community support, essential oils and holistic health!!!  

Dr. Karen Litos, PT, DPT, WCS

Women’s Health Specialist –  Dr. Karen Litos is an experienced clinician with years of education and training beyond her PT degree. Dr. Karen focuses her private practice, No Mom Left Behind Physical Therapy, on helping women in the Greater Lansing area as a board-certified women’s health clinician. She is also an advocate for women as a frequent speaker and educator on topics related to pregnancy, postpartum, and female pelvic health through the lifespan. Karen’s passion is to provide a place where women can go to receive education and compassionate personal care for a fair price for female problems that occur through the lifespan.


David Nethaway

MBA/PMP Management Services Director – David is an experienced healthcare management consultant with 16 years of professional consulting experience including 12 years in the Health Care and Life Sciences industry. As a consultant, Mr. Nethaway has worked with various organizations leading projects in the areas of strategic business development and program/project governance including new business/product development, process improvement, implementation, monitoring, and reporting. David’s previous and current clients include BlueCross BlueShield of Michigan, Anthem, Pfizer and Meridian Health Plan to name a few.  Prior to his career in consulting David worked as certified personal trainer starting at the Michigan Athletic Club and was a lead trainer during business start-ups at the Genesys Athletic Club and The Trainer’s Studio, LLC. Additionally, David is a U.S. Army veteran. David is committed to using his knowledge and experience to develop innovative products, services, and channels to deliver real solutions to our healthcare industry.

Denise McCrimmon

Administration – Denise has 17 years of experience in public administration in the greater Lansing area. This includes court administrator for a district court, chief deputy treasurer for a county, and township supervisor for two elected terms. In these roles, Denise continually advanced technology in the public sector by initiating a broad range of technology solutions and believing that there is a need for better service to its customers. Denise holds a National Legal Assistant Certification, Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management, and a Master’s in Public Administration. She started her career as office manager for a chiropractor and knows the benefits of non-drug therapy. As a child, her family participated in the holistic approach to medicine, and Denise continues this philosophy today. She believes that for true healing and/or that first step to a healthy mind and body, the patient must enter an environment that is welcoming, personalized, and full of positive energy. She understands that the initial contact with the center starts this process, and that it must continue to support the patient’s journey as a healing and trusting environment.
